商務委員會是國航的直屬事業部,主要負責公司的客運市場行銷等工作。商務委員會銷售部客戶開發部門是一個多元、高效、充滿活力的國際化團隊,負責國航全球及星盟客戶的開發、維護與管理。服務客戶包括世界及中國500強、大型國央企、各行業領軍跨國企業。

 

崗位名稱:外籍全球客戶經理

崗位職責:

1.協助制定落實外資跨國大客戶發展策略和工作計劃。

  收集整理客戶資訊及評估分類。

2.開發並管理外企大客戶群體,增加大客戶國際採購量,強化外企大客戶忠誠度,穩定長期的客戶價值。

   跟蹤合同執行情況、每月回顧、不斷提升合同價值;定期走訪客戶,實施客戶關懷,解決客戶可能産生的問題,提高世界500強簽約率及採購量。

3.保持與境內、外營業部就大客戶業務方面的良好溝通、協作銷售流程。

  根據客戶分類選擇簽單銷售流程,制定談判簽約計劃,負責合同資料管理並獲得內外部批准,與客戶完成大客戶合約簽訂。

崗位要求:

1.學歷:學士及以上

2.語言:英文聽説讀寫純熟,能熟練運用普通話者優先

3.工作經驗:精通行銷技巧及銷售管理工作,具備市場調研和客戶分析及風險預見能力,具有較強的團隊管理能力、項目管理能力、計劃與執行能力及專業服務精神,熟悉民航行銷渠道、相關政策及客運相關業務,有航空公司企業客戶銷售經驗者優先。

4.文化融合及穩定性:喜愛中國文化,計劃在北京發展,具備中國工作簽證條件,2年以上中國居住經歷者優先

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategy for foreign multinational clients.  Collect customer information for evaluation & classification.

2. Expand foreign client customer base, increase key account International sales volume, strengthen customer loyalty, and develop long-term value for the client.

Improve fortune 500 MNC client sales performances by way of monitoring contract implementation and monthly sales performance.  Arrange regular client performance reviews, offer customer care support, and resolve customer service issues

3. Maintain healthy working environment internally and good communication with the overseas branch offices on MNC customers collaborative sales processes.

Based on the client classification select the customer signing sales process, develop sales negotiation plan, responsible for administrating both internal & external contract signing. 

Qualifications

1. Education:  Bachelor’s Degree or above

2. Language:  English speaking and writing  proficiency, proficiency in the use of Mandarin

3. Work experience: Proficient marketing skills and sales management, Possess market research and customer analysis skills to foresee risks. Possess strong team &, project management skills, planning & implementation capabilities, and positive professional service spirit. Familiar with aviation marketing channels, relevant policies, and passenger related business. Airline corporate sales experience is preferred

4. Stability and culture adaptability:  Fondness of Chinese culture, willingness to work in Beijing and preferable already have stayed in China for at least 2 years.
