Announcement of Adjustment to the Qualification Rules for Flight Reward Redemption

Distinguished PhoenixMiles Member,

    To ensure the continuous and healthy development of the PhoenixMiles frequent flyer program and maintain the mileage benefits of PhoenixMiles members, the qualification rules for flight reward redemption will be changed from accumulating "four status segments" to "four status segments and four valid flights (valid flights refer to flights that have been taken and have accumulated status segments in the member's account)" starting from June 1, 2024.

    PhoenixMiles member who register on or after June 1, 2024 will have the flight reward redemption qualification assessed according to the new rules. PhoenixMiles member who register on or before May 31, 2024 will still have the qualification evaluated according to the original rules.
