1. Time Limit for Reservation:
(1)Reservation for drop-off must be completed 8 hours before flight departure.
(2)Reservation for pick-up must be completed 8 hours before flight departure.
2. The chauffeured transfer is provided between the airport terminal and the pickup/drop-off point only.
3. PhoenixMiles Platinum members who fly in First Class/Business Class (F/A/J/C/D/Z) on Air China-operated flights to/from Europe/Americas/Oceania/Africa also qualify for the service even if the flight is a codeshare one or even if the flight is not ticketed on "999" ticket stock.
4. If the service is available at both the city of departure and the city arrival, it is allowed only to benefit from the service either in the city of departure or the city of arrival. It is not allowed to benefit from the service in both.
Example 1:
A PhoenixMiles Gold passenger is to travel in F Class from Chengdu to Beijing. He/she can select either drop-off in Chengdu or pick-up in Beijing, but not both.
Example 2:
A PhoenixMiles Gold passenger is to travel in F Class for the journey Chengdu-Beijing-Chengdu. For the Chengdu-Beijing segment, he/she can select drop-off in Chengdu or pick-up in Beijing; for the Beijing-Chengdu segment, he/she can select drop-off in Beijing or pick-up in Chengdu. However, he cannot select both on either segment.
5. The I-D or D-I passenger who needs a car ride between Shanghai Hongqiao and Shanghai Pudong whose connecting time is at least 4 hours qualifies for a chauffeured transfer between the two airports if the Hongqiao/Pudong segment meets the conditions of the product.
Example:
A passenger flies in R Class in the whole journey Paris-Shanghai Pudong//Shanghai Hongqiao-Chengdu. The Paris-Shanghai Pudong (R Class) segment meets the conditions of the product. If the connecting time in Shanghai is over 5 hours, the passenger can benefit from the chauffeured transfer between Shanghai Pudong and Shanghai Hongqiao. If the connecting time is 3 hours, he/she do not qualify for the chauffeured transfer.
6.When the service is available in the transit city
(1)If a passenger's transit time is 6 hours or more and there's a flight segment that meets the conditions on the product, the passenger qualifies for pickup/drop-off in the transit city specific to that flight segment.
Example:
A PhoenixMiles Silver member flies in F Class for the journey Frankfurt-Beijing-Shanghai, and in Beijing, the service is available and the passenger's transit time is over 6 hours. Which means the Frankfurt-Beijing segment meets the conditions on the product. Therefore, the passenger qualifies for airport pick-up in Beijing. But on the Beijing-Shanghai segment, because only PhoenixMiles Gold members or above who fly in F Class qualify for the service, this passenger does not qualify for airport drop-off in Beijing or airport pick-up in Shanghai.
(2) If the passenger's transit time is less than 6 hours, even if he/she has a flight segment that meets the conditions of the product, he/she does not qualify for airport pick-up/drop-off in the transit city.
7.Where a passenger transits from a domestic segment to an international segment or from an international segment to a domestic segment, if the international segment meets the conditions of the product and the passenger's transit time is less than 6 hours and if the service is available in the departure/arrival city of the domestic segment, the passenger qualifies for airport pickup/drop-off in the city of departure/arrival.
Example:
A passenger flies in D Class for the whole journey Frankfurt-Beijing-Shanghai and his/her transit time is 5 hours. The Frankfurt-Beijing segment meets the conditions of the product. Even if the Beijing-Shanghai segment does not meet the conditions of the product, the passenger still qualifies for airport pick-up in Shanghai, but he/she does not qualify for airport pickup/drop-off in Beijing.
8. The service does not include trips to regions not specified in the reservation. If a passenger requests detours to other regions, he/she must agree with the car service supplier on the additional fees thus incurred and pay such fees if an agreement is reached in that regard. In such a case, the extra fee is to be decided and charged by the car service supplier.

9. Passenger cannot benefit from this product in conjunction with the Transit Hotel Product.
